The Repentance Tower
A gigantic white tower which oversees Mount Koifushi. The cell is made from Seki Seki stone, making it impossible for anyone to break in or break out. They say for the 12 days the prisoner is in there, they can look out the window and gaze upon the Soukyoku, and repent their sins. Thus calling it the repentance cell.
