Description:
Viktor stands at the height of six five and weights roughly around 180 pounds. His body build is athltic as he keeps in very good shape for his job and personal health. Skin ton is slightly paler then most but shows that he has gone out in the sun from time to time. His hair is a dark brown in color and is kept very neat at most times, at times can be shown to have a few lose hairs out of place at the front of his face. His eye color is a soft brown some times shown as a dark brown matching his hair all most giving him a plain look however this is hides Viktors looks from all, hiding that he is quite a handsome man.
For his uniform he wears a very standard Shinigami gi, the only change he has done is remove the right arm sleeve allowing his bare skin to be shown on that arm. The rest of his uniform is the standard black and white besides the sash what is a very soft pink in color. For his Captains jacket he also has the sleeves removed so he has a little more freedom with it. Sheathed on his right hip his twin swords lay there easy to grab when needed.
On his left shoulder he has a simple Tattoo of two serpents on devouring the other, they are simply black in color, On his hands he wears custom made gloves what are pure white in color. However his thumb is covered by the gloves but his fingers are not allowing them more breathing room for combat.

Personality:
Viktor is a very hard man to read he try's to keep his emotions in check at most times. The man is a very loyal man for the Gotei 13 and try's his very hardest to keep the law in check. He is a man who follows his job to the letter, this said it doesn't stop himself from enjoying life at its fullest. He is also known to flirt very blunt like with any male or female that would care to notice his charming good looks. This said he is slightly full of himself some times with his looks as he finds him self perhaps to good looking and gets noticed by some people to much.
With the other Captains he keeps him self calm and friendly not trying to step on anyone toes to soon since he is a new captain to the scene he likes to show them respect however in time he'll begin to tease them like he does to his division members. Deep down Viktor is a very calm nice man, He holds him self at a high status making sure he keeps in the lines. He enjoys a sparing match however he doesn't like fighting to much and tries to talk his enemy down but if they don't come to reason he well fight to kill.

History:
Viktor was born in the vast city of Seireitei in a lesser noble housing, however everything wasn't amazing. With his birth came the death of his dear mother. So raised only by his father and few hand nurses. His family only sitting at one of the many lesser house of nobles in the Soul society was hardly noticed at all. They worked as shinigami most of them or just kept to them self's in other manners. Viktor always looked up to his father who was high ranked shinigami in the second division for the shinigami, but after only the tender age of seven his father died in combat in a battle between hollows and shinigami. Grieving from that lose Viktor was placed as the new head of the family of Dragul.
After another few years passed he began to get some of his family members who had some spare time for sword combat and even how to control spirit energy, He was gifted with a large amount of spirit pressure when he was born told that was the reason his mother died. That of course never came to the public and only in the small housing of the Dragul family. After learning how to do some good sword play, of course not as good as he wished for he started to figure out what he wanted to do. He quickly in rolled him self into the school to become a shinigami. The years it took went by quickly fast as he figured it would at the young age of only 15 he found him self in the eleventh division as he was one who enjoyed a good fight with his twin zanapaktou's something most didn't really see that much. He was given the low rank of 15. Not the biggest issue to come in his young years.
He was quite known in his division to run into battle with out thinking and still come out with barely any wounds. However in the next few years what passed he never moved in rank though he did gain the first release of his sword, and like himself it was a energy type. What he always feared to ever show them his true power as he respected only to ever show battle like skills. Still releasing into his shikai he simply just never used its true power. With this going on his family started to drift away slowly losing any of the noble rights they had. In years past the Dragul name only came to Viktor he was the soul member left.
Still with his estate but only him living there he became slightly inward on him self not showing anyone his true self. He began to train him self to become stronger and his captain noticing this began to promote him threw out the division in 200 years he held the seat of 5th. Happy with that number he began to refuse any spot higher from his captain or even vice captain. His training with his sword never changed. He started to master his shikai and began even speaking more with his spirit and in the next 100 years he found him self able to tap into his Bankai state. under standing he would need to take another few more years to even be able to use it in battle he trained by him self to learn it.
While this was all going on he still went on missions and still sparred with any of his division members who asked to spend some time with the flirting man he was. Though he still kept to him self, over the next years went by he finally was able to use his bankai and even call him self a master over it. All though he under stood that using it for to long it could end his life if he allowed it to. After the battle between that broke out between the Shinigami and Arrancar he was badly hurt from it, he lost lots of his fellow division members and soon after the Soutaicho had noticed him use his bankai in the battle what saved Viktors live, showing this power Viktor was transferred and promoted to the Sixth division as there new captain. Still new to the job he just hoped the members would be greet full. He started to show his true colors when he arrived understanding he didn't have to hide anymore. Viktor Dragul would make the sixth division shine once again.

Description:
-Sealed: In sealed state, Hasetsu is a Twin Zanpaktou. The two swords blade length are 3 feet and 12 inch's for the handle. The guard is a Square shape that shows the Moon phases around the exterior of it. The Sheath and the handle wrapping is both pure white. On the Sheath has the symbol of a Dome and a small mirror inside of it are etched into the wood.
-Shikai: Break Away; Hasetsu - 玻刹 (Glass Temple)
Upon going into Shikai, The twin Swords blades begins to crack all over and turns into dust. Reforming itself in a swirling of glowing sand and once it's done, it looks like almost the same in Sealed form with a small difference. The only Difference is that the Blade takes on the form of Transparent Glass, but is anything but Glass. Upon striking the blade, it acts the same way as it was in it's Steel counterpart form.
-Bankai: Hasetsu no Kami - 玻刹の神 (God of the Glass Temple)
After speaking its name, the glass blades' crack and shatters. They both begin to glow and merge together as they take the form of the Sealed sword with it's regular Steel blade. The Square hand guard turns into a perfect circle showing the moon fully.A blue and white mist pours out of the sword until it's a 200 meters diameter around Viktor. Glass full moon appears in the sky above. Much like showing he inner world of Hasetsu.
Spirit Description:
Hasetsu is a mirror. But when Viktor looks into it, he sees himself with only a few differences. His hair is silver and bright green eyes. He is a little more out spoken then his master, telling Viktor how he looks at every thing. He wear's a perfect white Kimono. He respects his master and owner and tries to help him no matter the cost, even though he knows he could be the death of his own master.
Inner World:
The inner world of the Zanpaktou is inside of a Glass Dome. The sight of an Ocean with marine life swimming by under it. Outside of the Dome shows a Night time sky with a Glass Full Moon at it's Epicenter in the sky. The Glass Dome reflects the light of the stars and Moon into the inside to lighten the area, to give it a warm safe feeling. On the center of the platform of glass that Viktor walks on is the sight of a Tall oval mirror, which is his Zanpaktou's Spirit. Over the expanse of Viktor using his moves, the Glass Temple slowly sinks a little bit more into the ocean.
Abilities:
Glass Absorb: This move is able to absorb/ store the reiatsu of Reiatsu based attacks into the blade of the Zanpaktou which would take 4 turns to fill (100 Reiatsu). When the sword is full, it can be unleashed back in the form of a beam/ blast (depending on how many enemies are facing determines on which he uses.) But it is determined by the stats of the enemies Reiatsu compared to Viktor's Weapon skill. (For example: Hollow uses a Cero: Reiaustu 100, Viktors Weapon Skill: 100, Viktor is even then the target, He is able to Absorb 1/4 of the reiatsu of the attack (25 points) into the blade. The Beam is split into two and goes around Viktor.) If an opponent has a Reiatsu stronger then his weapon skill, Glass Absorb will not be able to Absorb the move, causing the move to pass through the sword. But once the move is through, the attack is weakened down determined on how high the opponent is. 10-20 points higher, 75% weaker, 30-40 points higher and the move is only 50% weaker, 50-60 points higher and the move is 25% weaker, 70 and higher and the move isn't affected at all, causing full damage.
The Mirror Affect: When activated, the blade turns into an oval mirror that looks like flowing liquid. When a destructive art kidou move/ Cero/ Bala strikes the surface, it goes into the liquid and shot back at the opponent. But when it's fired back, the move will be given a + to it's speed and attack, determining of how greater Viktor's Weapon Skill and attack compared to the opponents Reiatsu and Speed. If Viktor's is greater, split the difference in half and add the one half to the reflecting attack.
(Example: The Mirrior affect gets activated, Cero is fired into it, Opponent, Hollow: Rei, 100 + Speed, 50= 150. Viks: W.S, 100+ Att: 150= 250. Viktor is 100 points greater, so the move is reflected back with an increased speed of 50 ) If his is lower then the opponents, then minus the difference instead of adding to the reflecting move.
Glass Moon Rising: In Bankai State, Viktor becomes the conductor of his Zanpaktou. While the moon is dull on the hilt, his passive effect begins to take fourth. creating Reiatsu for, filling the moon slowly. (20 Reiatsu every post for 5 Turns.) Able to use it to increase either his own stats or to increase the speed and strength of one of his attacks. But it comes at a Price, each time he uses the energy in the moon, he begins to get covered in glass starting at his hands. If he uses the power for his own stats, he gets 25 points to both Weapon skill and Reiatsu. For the attacks, +25 to the attack's speed and added reiatsu.
Passive Abilities:
The Curse of the Glass Moon: When activating his move "The Glass Move rising", the glass will slowly start to cover his body over the expanse of 10 Turns. If he doesn't release out of Bankai by the tenth turn, then he will die by being consumed in glass.
